Established in 1988 under the watchful eyes of Doreen & Malcolm Plint, this dedicated
Real Estate Company has grown into a respected and specialised area focused business
offering a personalised tailor made package to property owners wishing to purchase
or sell their homes specifically in Glenwood, Glenmore, Carrington Heights and Upper
Umbilo areas.
Malcolm has to date had 34 years experience covering the entire spectrum of property
related fields. More specifically Malcolm’s experience began in the Residential
Sales arena in the area which his team currently covers, went into the development
field specialising in the sale of units in high-rise developments and concluded
that chapter with the sale and management of Retirement units in Caister Lodge.
Property Administration, Management and Commercial Letting then followed and culminated
with the opening of Malcolm Plint & Associates Estate Agents on the 1st March, 1988.

specific and focused service in their area of expertise, namely Glenwood, Glenmore,
Carrington Heights and Umbilo, with all Malcolm’s staff residing in this area.
